Valuation

We undertake residential, retail and agricultural valuations, as well as Charities Act section 36 valuations.

Most of our valuation work is undertaken in Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties, but we cover most of England and Wales for our charity and utility clients.

We currently report on value to a broad range of lending institutions including most of the major building societies and several of the high street banks.

Valuations are usually required swiftly by our clients and we are able to issue most reports within five working days of formal instruction.
